Saudi-US ties strengthen in AI, nuclear energy and minerals as crown prince concludes visit to Washington

WASHINGTON: Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman concluded on Thursday a state visit to the US, during which the two countries signed several agreements worth hundreds of millions of dollars. The visit, following US President Donald Trump’s trip to Saudi Arabia in May, aimed to strengthen historical ties between the two nations across various areas. The crown prince and Trump discussed recent developments in regional and international issues and explored methods to enhance their countries’ strategic partnership, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
